BOOM Properties 8.6.1

The BOOM Properties Owner and Board App provides a mobile-compatible platform for streamlined communication and management of association activities. It enables users to make payments, review account details, and access relevant association information conveniently from their devices.

For existing users with login credentials for the Association website, authentication is straightforward: simply log in using the same email address and password. New users can initiate registration by tapping the register button and submitting their details. Once approved, an email will be sent with a link to set your password, which then allows direct access through the app.

If you have an existing login but have forgotten your password, select the "Forgot Password" option, enter your email address to request a reset, and you will receive an email with a link to create a new password. Following this, you can log in with your email and new credentials.

Registered owners can utilize the app to:

• Easily switch between multiple owned properties
• Access the Owner Dashboard
• View Association Documents
• Visit the Contact Us page
• Make assessment payments
• Review violations, add comments, and capture photos directly from your mobile device
• Submit Architectural Control Committee (ACC) requests with photos and attachments
• Access your owner ledger
• Create work orders and track their status, including adding comments and snapping pictures on-site

Board members are granted additional functionalities, including:

• Managing Board Tasks
• <il>Reviewing and approving violations
• Accessing Board-specific documents
• Reviewing violations in detail
• Approving invoices
• Monitoring work order submissions and progress
